What is reverse SEO or Reverse Content building?

Link building seem to the utmost important activity that a SEO does, thought not the only activity. Since Link building helps in a lots of ways in building a respectable SERP rank or PR, it is also advisable.

Links and links will get you those traffic you have been dreaming on.
But in our quest for building ranks for the chosen keyword, we often look at links that are relevant to our link building strategy only..

I feel that all links are good links, and unless you are linking out, even spammy links are not bad if not useful.

So, when we go out building links, it is important to get relevant links, but don't discount other links. Some people would ignore irrelevant links altogether, and would even look down upon PR. Irrelevant links are for the PR lovers, those links sellers.

But hey irrelevant links can also be good in many ways..if there are enough related irrelevant links.

You can build new content based on those irrelevant links and try to rank for keywords that you never even dreamt about.

This is what I called reverse content building.
Build content, add a new page relevant to some of those irrelevant links.
A few search engine trafiic here and there in addition to the usual traffic is never bad.
